The Trust transfered the vast majority of its shareholding in the Football Club to shares in Lincoln City Holdings Ltd during the early part of 2012.
As a result, the Trust now require a representative to join the Board of the holding company in order to be the spokesperson for the Trust and its members and the Trust is looking for candidates to come forward .
The election procedure and criteria will be the same as that for the Supporter Director on the Club Board. This means that all candidates must be fully paid up members of the Society and have been such for at least one year and have also served a full year as a Trustee or a Society Board member, either as an elected member or through co-option.
